I’ve had the privilege of coaching women towards their health, fitness and fat loss goals for the past 10-years. 

And as each year goes by, I learn something new either from our experience with coaching or from new research that comes out.  

Each year as we learn more and more, we’ve come to better understand how to best serve our clients and to continue to help them get the best results in a healthy and sustainable way.
