The biggest mistake I see people make is drastically cutting their calories and/or increasing their cardio to ridiculous amounts to push past plateaus.
All it takes is a couple of small changes. Not mammoth size moves making you hungry in minutes and having you spend endless nights in the gym finishing your cardio.
