I don’t believe weight loss is a problem in the United States. I believe the bigger issue is managing the weight that we’ve lost.
With the hundreds of “diets” available, all the “24-Day Challenges” out there and diet pills promising to plummet the pounds, anyone can lose weight.
Literally anyone!
It’s the “keeping it off” part that everyone seems to be having a hard time with.
And it makes total sense, too.
There’s so much talk about how to lose weight, but so little discussion about how to keep it off.
