The goal here is to drop body fat fast while toning up. We teach our clients how to fuel their bodies, eat around workouts, choose the best snacks for fat loss, and develop the mindset and meal-prepping strategies for long-term success.
2. Metabolic Reset
Dieting slows down the metabolism, which is a big reason for weight regain. In this phase, we re-increase the metabolism by adding calories back in and reducing cardio.
It’s not uncommon for clients to maintain their weight while adding 400-700 calories per day!

This two-week phase solidifies the body’s “new normal,” helping it adapt to the recent changes for lifetime results.
