Everyone thinks that as a Registered Dietitian and Fat Loss Expert that dieting and losing weight comes easy to me.
… But that’s far from the truth.
In fact, I struggle with losing weight just like many of you. I have trouble being consistent, hitting my calorie goal and not wanting to eat everything in sight when hunger strikes.
And this is the first time I’ve opened up about my personal experiences with weight loss, especially from the perspective of my own fat loss journey.
